The start of 2019 for MM+J Architects
In Loving Memory of our Colleague,
Bianca Jackson
1997 - 2019
Bianca Jackson was a much loved team member of MM+J Architects. She worked with is as an Architectural Drafter for 3 Year, producing great work for our clients. Bianca created fantastic 3D renders for our projects, she was dedicated, enthusiastic and loved her work. She was a delight to have in the office, as she always had a great energy with whatever she was doing

Bianca passed away on the 23rd of January 2019 from stage 4 MPNST (malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors), a rare form of soft tissue cancer. Standard treatments such as chemotherapy, were not effective to this cancer due to how rare it was.
The family were undertaking a combination of treatments sourced from Japan and Germany, with each treatment costing a minimum of $20,000 AUD.
If you would like to support the family, you can find Bianca's go-fund-me page HERE
Bianca will be dearly missed in our office
Rest in Peace Bianca
Bianca's funeral was held on the 29th January at Manly Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses

Bianca was a very creative young lady, she drew the drawing that was presented on her funeral service booklet. Amazing Talent.

INTERIOR TIPS
90% White and 10% Colour!
We watched the 'all-white house' fade out into extinction, however we are now seeing it (new & improved) slowly creep back in. Interior Designers are creating a white canvas for a home, and adding vibrant colours through lighting fixtures, accent chairs, artwork and soft furnishings. This creates contrasting pops of colour throughout the home, that home owners and designers are gravitating towards.
Following this trend will allow for the longevity of a home renovation as it is quite easy to change up colours, styles and art. Below are photos from our Crows Nest House 01 and Balgowlah House 01.
