How 3D renders and architecture drawings help to visualise finished buildings

project update

3D architectural renders are two-dimensional images to show the design attributes of the proposed architectural design.

fairlight house 03

The DA has been submitted for our third project in Fairlight, NSW.

We find that creating 3D renders not only assists the clients to visualise plans for their property renovations, but also aids Council and surrounding neighbours to understand the planned construction for approval.

mm+j on tour - toorak, melbourne

Stunning house by architects Wood Marsh quietly nestling in a corner of Toorak. An architecture must see with sweeping undulating concrete walls, no windows face the street. Built in courtyard style, nevertheless it gives back to the street with beautifully designed landscaping. At dusk it becomes more  mysterious, the solid front door softly illuminated.
