Manly House 03

Description

We’re thrilled to unveil the additions and alterations made to this late Victorian Timber Workers Cottage, affectionately known as Manly House 03. Our clients sought a sympathetic first-floor addition that seamlessly blends with the existing character of the home, and we’re proud to have delivered just that.

Manly House 03 now boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, providing ample space for the family to retreat and unwind. The first-floor addition was designed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that it complements the historic charm of the original cottage while offering modern comfort and functionality.

Downstairs, the layout has been reimagined to create an open-plan living space that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This design not only enhances the flow of natural light and air throughout the home but also encourages connectivity and interaction among family members and guests.

One of the highlights of the renovation is the addition of a new pool in the garden, providing a refreshing oasis for relaxation and recreation. Surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtful landscaping, the pool area offers the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

At the heart of this project lies a commitment to the heritage preservation of the original cottage while embracing contemporary living. The result is a harmonious blend of old and new, where timeless charm meets modern convenience, creating a truly inviting and comfortable home for our clients to enjoy for years to come.
